Manor Lane

This early 2000s home underwent a complete remodel, turning a dated family room into a light and bright space with modern character. We removed the existing carpet and installed durable luxury vinyl flooring, instantly creating a clean look and feel to the room. To enhance the rustic architectural details, we wrapped and stained the beam and floating shelves, installed gorgeous stone over the original red brick fireplace, and added a rich barn wood mantel for a refined touch. Matte black sconces now frame the fireplace, providing both ambiance and sophistication.

To keep the vaulted ceiling space feeling airy while adding depth, we added a bold forest green accent wall as a striking focal point. The built-in cabinets flanking the fireplace were given new life from espresso to a bright white and added warm butcher block countertops for extra style and function. (Livonia, MI 2023)

“I found Erin on social media through a recommendation. After looking at her website, I knew she was the one as her styling matched my taste. She's been a life-saver for my boring living room! As we are almost done with the project, I'm already thinking of the next room that I want her to design. If you are looking for an interior designer who listens and learns to your wants and needs, she's the one! Her research and responses are almost immediate, and her attention to detail is impeccable. She also has a great connection with contractors, painters, flooring companies, etc, who all do a great job, all with great prices! Highly, highly recommend Erin with Hartley Lane Interiors.”
